Utilizing Poolbrain is an integral part of my job and it's hands down one of the worst pieces of software I have ever used. Despite being what's essentially a spruced-up Spreadsheet, this app somehow uses .5% of my phone battery every minute I have it open. For some reason, whenever I use the app or leave it open, my phone starts to ignore my inputs and I have to lock and then unlock my phone for it to read any button presses. I'd give less than one star if I could.

Our company recently switched to this app and it is the worst. Having to take all kinds of pictures in order to just clean a pool. Before the app I could clean a pool in 10 to 45 minutes. Now you can add another 20 minutes to each pool using pool brain. The prompts for some of the pictures is rather confusing and I hate that it forces me to take pictures of stuff that's not even there like a closed gate that doesn't exist. What's the point of this app, it just makes our jobs harder and tedious.

Overall, decent pool Company software.. However, if you're recovering your credit score or don't have one this company, you cannot bill through.. Meaning you will have to pay twice for billing one for the pool Software and another for a billing software in order to collect money I suggest just going with another software with an in-house payment processor. Such as skimmer.
