Good luck trying to use the app for chatting. Its buggy, you'll get error messages and wait forever for a so called agent. When you get someone on the other end, the app doesnt notify you and they log you off within 3 minutes if you don't respond. If you stay frosty and get an agent, it turns out they're completely incompetent. What you think is routine transaction, turns out to be a nightmare.

when connected to an agent they ask information about your vehicle that takes time to type on a phone .. then it sends you a message saying your inactive and will disconnect shortly while you are typing your information and 10 seconds later disconnect..

Completely unusable. The getting started flow is broken, you can't select your "Billing State" from the drop down (which is unsorted and has duplicate options) -- clicking an option does nothing. Typing in the search to filter the drop down instantly crashes the app. And you can only do this step after 2 factor auth for both phone and email, and I did the whole process 3 times.
