About this app
Huanglongbing (HLB), yellow dragon or citrus greening (greening) is the most serious threat to citrus crops worldwide due to its complexity, destructiveness and difficulty of management.
It is a bacterial disease that limits the production of citrus fruits. It affects the transport of organic and inorganic nutrients within the tree.
It is transmitted by vector insects, specifically two: African citrus psilid or Trioza erytreae; and the Asian citrus pslid or Diaphorina citri.
Through this App, you can detect early the presence of both plyps and even the symptoms of the disease by simply taking photos, in the simplest way.
The App is designed for farmers and agronomists who do not have computer skills.
