Due to a new restriction policy by Google on privacy, it is no longer possible to automatically intercept outgoing calls and then change the phone number by adding the 4146, you must necessarily enter the app, select the desired prefix (e.g. 4146), dial the number and make the call.
The "PrefixCall" application goes perfectly with the business sims that need the addition of 4146 to call, you will no longer have to store contacts by changing the number and have problems with other apps that rely on recognition by phone number!
