App lags often when trying to scan items in store. You have to get a code every single time you sign in even if you check "recognize this device for 30 days". Also many items will scan "ineligible" but when you call customer service, it's covered. They say pay for it out of your own pocket and we'll reimburse you. It should work right the first time! You can't buy Walmart brand products; you have to buy name brand products so your benefits don't go as far. REALLY AWFUL. Many other issues too!

used once and now it is just frozen, won't open. Uninstaller the reinstalled, same thing, nothing they.

I believe the prices are higher when ordering off the app than going to the store
