Ratings and reviews

Horrible experience, all they want is your info, or else you can't even use coupons. This store was setting itself apart by running regular promotions on many items without having to join a 'club'. Now they have suddenly raised their prices across the board and expect you to sign up for spam emails and having your shopping habits monetized to get coupons to get the regular prices... Guess what, there are other stores around where I can get better products and prices without an app. Ciao!

More stable than before, but one thing I miss from the old version is being able to add coupons and specials to my shopping list from the weekly ad. Currently, I need to close the ad and manually search for the item to add it. I'd also like to be able to scroll through the pages of the weekly ad by swiping, and for there to be more fine print available for sale items (like which 'selected varieties'?). I enjoy the prices, but despite having a few pain points in the app, it's improving.

The UI is AWFUL. I did a search for Oranges, I have to go through 193 products to get to actual oranges. The "filter" doesn't have a dept. option. I honestly don't shop at Luckys because the app is so useless and searching for products is a time suck due to not being able to filter by dept. within a search. Has your team even looked at other grocery store apps and seen how EASY they are to navigate? Keep up with technology and do better, this version is 💩
