Which network is behind a cell phone number and the number has been ported?

The provider Check app answers these questions and also provides information for landline and foreign numbers.

The app has the following features:

To perform the network test live, telephone numbers are received (without assignment to a name or the like) to our server. The phones are discarded immediately after the network testing and transfer to your iPhone on the server. There are no phone numbers stored on the server.
