I needed to pay for gas in Puerto Rico. I figured this would be easy and it was not. I had to create a user name, password, verify my email, verify phone number, create a passcode, activate biometrics, and add credit card payment all before I could even get gas. I was in a hurry and this was a cumbersome task for then to realize I can't just fill up my tank. It requires increments of $20. I had to do 2 $20 transactions and the 2nd was cancelled somehow. Get it together!

Pleasantly surprised! Great job! I was on my way to return my rental car and needed to fill up. I was shocked to see no credit card slots at the pump, but since the price was right, I decided to download the app and process though. It was relatively intuitive (for someone in a rush) and clear security settings and prompts. Finance apps have come a long way :)

Easy to use at most locations. Usually have an easy time in both VI and PR. Love that I can get gas without having to go inside the store, leave a card or cash, come out to fill up, and back in again to pay! Skip lines! Makes driving in the islands much easier and quicker! Have never had a problem with payments. Only issue in PR, a few stations don't seem to accept it. 1 station in Luquillo - I scanned 2 pumps, 2 different times. Fail. Both times
