used to be a great service, but lately it's been so bad, like constant delays, items being purchased sometimes even 20 days after placing the order. or the same order that has multiple items where an item would arrive to iraq but the second item is still "ready for shipment to iraq" ?? I still have 2 orders pending but I don't think I'll use this platform after.

Solid app with excellent customer service. Edit: in the recent months, service has declined drastically, rendering it impossible to recommend to friends and family. Constant delays with lackluster customer service responses. You better figure things out before clients lose their trust and go find other ways.

Issues with the app: Notification sound when adding items to the cart doesn't play through notification, it plays through the media which stops media from playing 🙄. The search functionality is a miss most of the times, not showing close results, and filling the search results with unrelated one 🧐. Some swipe left/right Issues which needs to be tweaking to fix the accidental one 🤬. Navigation can be improved when switching between cart/favorite and shopping sites 😫. No Dark mode yet 😤
