it's a good app.. but beware that all restaurant prices are at least 30% more expensive, do not compensate for wrong or bad orders, and not to mention, that delivery rates are double almost anywhere else. but it can be very convenient. they also mention that they will relay your comments about orders to restaurants.. but from my experience, nothing comes out of it. it's all talk. oh.. and another thing, there's more, but this comment has limited characters, so I cannot get into further details.

always makes me wait at night to get an order. around 1 am, but they never really send a driver to get the order. i asked for support and I waited another 45 mins to get a reply. then once i got a reply, they just said they were sorry for the inconvenience and cancelled the order and closed the chat. i didnt request for the order to be cancelled. i want to eat lol. anws ill do my best to use toters as least as possible and whenever any app comes to.market where I live, ill never use the app.

The worst app ever. Some delivery takes more than 1.5h and it is something normal for them ... they just tell you it is the shop fault so I think you should order one day before to receive the delivery the next day.
