Been trying to restore my account for more than a year, each time I tried to reach someone out, there was no help whatsoever. Contacted support from my phone, no reply. Even when I contacted support from friends' accounts, they said they will be back but no one reached out.

i think this app needs a way to let them know why we are canceling our orders. if there is any i didnt find it. i had to order twice and cancel twice because my order was not confirming. i had to wait 20 min each time to be confirmed.

I wish I read the review before I install it and deposit money. No customer support. they just respond with prepared responses like AI, and nothing resolved. took me 2 weeks to activate my number. unable to make orders from specific shops. carts is not updated. orders are late always. such a mess. they refused to refund my balance when I decided to close my account its not reliable app, nor a trust worthy company.
