Horrible experience. My order arrived with an item missing, but neither the missing item nor a refund was provided, despite my complaint. I paid for something I never received, and customer support failed to resolve the issue. This feels completely unacceptable and dishonest. I have lost trust in Toters and will never use this app again.

I've been a Toters customer for a long time, but today's experience was unacceptable. I requested to cancel an order just 5 minutes after placing it due to an unexpected change of plans. Rather than showing any understanding, the support representative became aggressive, repeatedly refused to listen, and even threatened that my account would be "flagged." Customer service should be about solving problems, not intimidating customers. Extremely disappointing experience.

always makes me wait at night to get an order. around 1 am, but they never really send a driver to get the order. i asked for support and I waited another 45 mins to get a reply. then once i got a reply, they just said they were sorry for the inconvenience and cancelled the order and closed the chat. i didnt request for the order to be cancelled. i want to eat lol. anws ill do my best to use toters as least as possible and whenever any app comes to.market where I live, ill never use the app.
