Ratings and reviews

It’s frustrating that every order comes with multiple added fees like service fees and small order fees, on top of already expensive delivery charges. What’s worse is that the service quality has dropped compared to before. The pricing no longer feels fair.

The app is riddled with bugs and feels hastily built—barely meeting the basic expectations for online food ordering and delivery. I was genuinely confused by the lack of card payment options. And the strangest part was when I tried ordering an orange juice, it asked me to confirm my age. Not sure what kind of citrus regulations we're dealing with here 🤭

This app is better than it used to be, but still has SO FAR to go. Customer support is practically non existent, and they always give excuses. Most of their drivers are horribly inexperienced, and there is only Toters to blame for not training their drivers to use their app properly. On top of that, ALL of their notification categories are meaningless, most notifications are categorized as "Miscellaneous", and literally ONLY the "Order confirmed" notification is in "order_tracking".
