I cannot really give any stars because I attempted to go through the setup and nothing worked. I could not add anything after adding the devices. There we messages, but even though it prompts you to select a language it still shows in the original language that can't be read. An error message keeps popping up stating that the password doesn't match the original even though no attempt to submit another password has occurred. So, whatever the problem is, me or them. It's a no for me.

I can't get this app to work on the GPS. it's not connecting with the local sim. this is the 3rd GPS I have bought from Shein and the GPS App doesn't connect. The English instructions need to be improved as I think a step has been left out. plus help contact in the app is not functional. not impressed. the idea of a GPS for under $25 is good the GPS itself is functioning - the app isn't.

The app shows ads for a paid product... also their trackers do not work at all despite an activated sim card. No light for the sim card as mentioned in the (terrible) instructions. Never gets a GPS signal despite left outside for over an hour. Straight to the trashcan, don't even bother.
