I made transactions for a DSTV subscription exceeding 175K. The amount was debited, but still showing under process on the app. but when I spoke to customer care they are falsely claiming it is successful. this is a new way to commit fraud. I would not recommend using them at all.

Give you guys 5 Start for years but now its a 1 Start. Other organisations took your space, your loan application, repayment duration and interest rates are terrible. Making Payments, security and confirmation are better with your competitors. You may still have your ATM integration edge over others but that may not last long. Uninstalling soonest.

Great app, easy to complete transactions, but had a failed transaction where I transferred money from the e-card, debited from me but never paid to the recipient, and hasn't been refunded since January 20th. I contacted the operators through email and got a reply that I should rest assured that it will be refunded, but 2 months now, and I'm yet to get my refund. The challenge here is dealing with unseen people, unlike a physical bank app, where one can easily go to the bank and sort out.
