RAV Player is an audio and video player with advanced features such as A-B repeating (loop user-defined sections between A and B points), playback speed control, pitch adjustment and background playback.

This app is an extended version of Loop Player with enhanced user interface, video support (with pinch zoom support), split screen support, playlist support, subtitles, cover arts and many more. It was originally designed to practice guitar, but you can use it to study new languages, learn courses, practice music, dance or tai-chi trainees, repeat audio in background or listen to audio books. Use it to focus on challenging sections of a song, and with the built-in playback speed control, adjust the speed to match your skill level or simply loop an audio file in the background to help you relax.

Ratings and reviews

This app is one of my best tools for music rehearsal. The two best features for me are tempo control and loop creation. I bought LP1 and LP2 and have been using the apps for a number of years. I still appreciate that it so easy to use and reliable. I often use it in conjunction with a file utility to rename/delete/move files as I review them

great app with a couple of issues... 1/ setting up the loop there is no play/pause button so you cannot do it in one interface you have to keep on going backwards and forwards. 2/ clumsy for saving loops as the function is not on the page where you are setting the in and out points... 3/ there is no instructional video or manual. Would be much better to be able to create loops and play them from one interface.

as a dancer, this loop is PERFECT because it doesnt only loop audio, but it loops MUSIC AND VIDEO if you are looping a video file. edit: if this can mirror videos too, thatd be so lovely
