About this app

OVERVIEW: This is multiuser based mobile billing application for android user only. Initially this app has default 50 free invoices. To generate unlimited invoices app, need to be registered. This app can work on both offline and online. Unregistered app worked on only offline.
This app is designed for one user run on one device only. If user mapped own user in another device will deactivate the same user in previous device. This app provides by default 2 user, for more user need to contact app administrator.
Users comes with three roles and two access types.
User Roles:
1. Store Owner: Can assign privileges to user
2. Admin: Can change the price related stuff
3. User. Only for billing purpose.
User Access Type:
1. OFFLINE: User used the application without internet connections
2. ONLINE: User used the application only having internet connections
User who registered the app by default “Store Owner” role and he can create multiple users with different role and different access type.

FEATURES:
a. Create and manage group (category of items)
b. Add/Edit Items within group. Can change price of item while billing.
c. Item can be managed by barcode and also used inbuilt barcode scanner while billing.
d. We have inbuild configurable unit like “KG With Piece” for sweets, Bag, Jaar and Tray for grocery section.
e. Sometime rate calculation require calculator while creating item, there is a calculator inbuilt in calculated field.
f. Inbuild barcode generator for items don’t have barcode.
g. Add customers individually or with billing as well.
h. Manage dues for customers.
i. Easily accommodate customers in app with open dues.
j. Get full customized expanse detail for regular customers.
k. Adjust the amount for customers. (It assumed those amounts which is part of dues but not any hope to getting it back)
l. Receive dues invoice or customer wise.
m. Invoice can be draft, cancelled or in final state.
n. Invoice no is configurable.
o. Final state invoice can be revised. Revision plan is configurable.
p. Revision history also generated and trackable user wise.
q. Invoice can be printed by 2-inch thermal printer.
r. Invoice also generated in pdf format and share with WhatsApp or other sharing application like Gmail. (Share in registered app only)
s. Draft invoice can be cancelled at any time but final cannot be.
t. This app support GST in flat or item wise or included gst.
u. This app support item-wise and flat discount on invoice (either one only).
v. For restaurant KOT printer setup separately.
w. Dashboard have month wise report related to sales for 1 year.
x. Can add logo of your business, which will display on bill and in your app.
y. Manage user with add, block and remove functionality.
