Changing your phone means a complete bank account black out. In order to activate the profile on the new device, you are advised to scan the QR code delivered. But when you scan the QR code, you receive a stunning response that there was no request to activate the account so your account might get locked out if you continue. Maximum stupidity

Changed the rating because of setup not working on WIFI. Asks to disable the VPN, when no VPN is active. Accepts only cellular, and even that requires uninstall and reinstalling the app. Too many authentications. First in the app, then for the operation - considering, you authenticate in the app to approve or reject. Childish security / usability implementation. Setting up the app fails for many reasons and I had to use support every time inswitched phones.

Almost every time I try to do a transfer in the app I encounter an error, a technical issue or some poor excuse like this and I am not able to transfer my money. Updates one after another a d not one thing improved. I started withdrawing my whole salary and use my money in cash so that they are not blocked by this poor excuse for an app,and also I am considering changing the bank all together. Worst experience, do not download
