Rapipay is a good and easy app, the whole system is eco-friendly. But there is a problem in it that as soon as I enter the account name, the face scan option gets hidden. Please fix this.

Dear sir/mem Kindly update as soon as possible very delay response this transportation on 29/12/2023 and this Till Time not resolved so plz cheak and provide Refund Or Credit on wallet. Maximum times Already informed by bank reminder and Rapipay sate head Rajiv ranjan.but not update clear report . I am a Retailer using Rapipay since 2022, Rapipay was working nicely, But after 2024 december and latest update of that time i am facing some technical issues on Rapipay, and when i discussed with other retailers they are also facing the same. Now There are Lots of fingerprint errors, Data mismatch, Web slow etc types of problems facing regularly, But other aeps providers working properly, Kindly attention on this matter, Because sometimes it becomes a big reason for loss..
