Rave is 100% incompetent. They have turned off internal transfers & bill payments that have been set up for many years. When a deposit is sent to them, they can't seem to follow instructions of which account it is to be deposited into, when the item clearly states the checking account # and suffix #. A representative actually stated, "we haven't made any changes, only changed the bank name." Haha, as if I don't work at a bank and know how internal changes occur. Rave, go lie to someone else.

The app has become garbage. It fails to load, fails to identify me after password reset, says my password is wrong when it isn't...just constantly fails at everything. Their website isn't any better as it does the same garbage.

frequently having issues retrieving account info since changed the overall app. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Apps are always causing more problems to stay cool. Just make an app work instead making it cool.
