they charged me $99 for the season pass! and charged another $30 as well saying I went over my 2 free hours! with the season pass it's supposed to be unlimited time for the day! I was on the lake for 3 hours! and you can't even get a kayak out of the cages after purchasing.....I had lots of issues when I got the pass last year too it's easier to buy a kayak!

This was a great app until whatever update took away my annual pass that I purchased the end of last July. I have checked the app and it says memberships "coming soon" clearly that's a lie as I've been looking since our local rental place opened for the season a few weeks ago. Luckily, I had used it enough times last summer to get at least what I paid. Seems ridiculous that you offer an annual pass that actually only lasts a few months.

troubles successfully scanning the QR codes on 2 lockers. after uninstalling then reinstalling app,pop up asked that I give "permission" to unlock, so I did. Both lockers opened. I kayaked for roughly 30 minutes and returned to discover i closed the locker door which locked again. needless to say this was very confusing. I called and messaged explaining. the company made the 2 $15 mistake rentals right but then charged me additional $25. I've called & left new mesgs several times but no luck!!
