This is the only App that has worked for me. I think it works so well because it is guilt free. I tend to be an all or nothing kind of gal and if I slipped up on a diet I would say "oh well , blew that diet" and would go back to my poor eating habits. The app is cumbersome to use and it doesn't offer much more in terms of support than a previous app I used, except this one is much more expensive with a recurring 3 month subscription of $72. You can chat with a coach, but I don't really need that. I just wanted a simple app to track my progress. Also, I had to sift through the Terms & the Help section to find out how to cancel. Reset should be more transparent about billing and cancellations.

I'm annoyed that I paid for this. It's not easy to change the recipes out, the recipes they offer are very limited, and there's no way to see all of the nutrition information or tell it you have a more restricted diet. I didn't want what they posted for lunch, so I said "reject" and the only way to add another meal is by searching for a specific one. If I search for a food (like "tuna") it just shows me that ingredient. It's basically a less usable myfitnesspal. I want my money back
