App gets stuck loading forever once an ESN of a device or camera is entered. It is completely non functional now, requiring calling in which has longer than ever hold times. Please fix ASAP and enable fingerprint login

I've been hearing you're trying to charge customers $100 if their vehicle is not ready for the installation for the tech to do an install how about the rep get charged and getting paid no commissions on the sales for not setting up the app correctly when the tech arrives to do the installs,very asinine This is Joke , and seems to be no way to grow the fire under the chair to get this done whoever is in charge of the app is twiddling their thumbs

It has its quirks, but calling Verizon support has never failed me, great ppl over the phone, the app like I said has its flaws but it's all we got, provide positive feedback and it can be great.
