the food is good however customer service is 0. the app changed my address and my food was sent to the wrong location during 3 days. I called and contacted them but 0 answer nor solution was given. Dissapointed

they break their own rules... they cancel the foods less than 24 hours. I put the address since 3-4 days ago about the address of delivery, and now they said they can't deliver the night before food need to be delivered.

terrible experience. 1. I changed my meal plan in the middle of my one monthly subscription that I had paid. they one day on hold with no meal delivered to me. 2. no responsive team for complaints. they take hours to respond. 3. Management not interested in adressing customers complaints. not received a single call from them. only here to take money. 4. bad packaging of food. Sauces containers are just thrown in the middle of the dish leaving you wiping it off before being able to open it.
