Absolutely NO way to register and pay if you do not have a UK phone number. Another response from them says there is a way to do it from their website. Tried this and it is also not possible, just as the other people have said. Absolutely no way to call them, posted phone numbers and phone numbers in app do NOT work. (Yes, I used to country code and without the country code.) There is no alternative way to pay for parking at most places and steep fines for not paying, despite trying. Terrible.

Unusable. It uses a text message verification and never sends you a text message. I quadruple checked that my number was correct, entered all the appropriate country/area codes, and still nothing. I ended up running out of attempts to get a code before ever receiving any verification codes. All the other apps I used, worked flawlessly.

Horrible app. Can't do anything without an account and can't create an account without a UK phone number. Ended up having to get back in the car and just decided to leave town because every parking spot required this garbage. The phone call based alternative was also not functional.
