The app worked well until the last update. That's why I only gave it 2 stars. Previously I could add invoices via the app, a very useful feature for me, but not anymore. I have to now search my emails in order to upload which takes way more time. The information in the orders section is also now very jumbled. Definitely not user friendly anymore.

The app does what it should I guess... but there are a lot of features missing. I'm unable to view my previous orders when I have an undelivered package. I'm unable to view my invoices on the phone. The dashboard screen is just that, a screen with limited options. The app is just lacking. I dont have the option to change my profile settings either. I can not change my password or anything.

got overcharge from a item that was stuck at customs for over a month never experienced anything like this before with a shipping company and I ship a lot customs holds package then when finalized I get the item it was overpriced I paid close to the price of the item and then again because the item took so long say it was damaged I couldn't even return to Amazon because of it I'm glad I got my item now I can move on without this company and am even hearing persons losing there packages.
