Ratings and reviews

Can't sign in, says email already registered. But I have to use a phone number to sign in Edit: they indentified and corrected the problem, and proactively reached out to let me know. Turns out that the service isn't available where I live yet anyway though (it would be great to have that info in the app). I look forward to try this out when it is available.

WORST EVER! *App is so glitchy, 3 of 3 deliveries failed. *NO customer service. *Even the DRIVER'S app crashed and they couldn't reach customer service!

why do i need to put in my address and location to be a gopher. I don't want things delivered to me- I want to deliver them! I'm not putting out my personal address for no reason or allowing my location to be followed unless I'm on a delivery! Uninstalling before I could even start... EDIT: I very well cannot leave it at only one star over my own mistake!! So i wanted to change that since I know how important star ratings can be! Thank you for responding and clearing up the matter. Sorry!
