it is a great app that does what it does with no frills and no BS. using it couldn't be easier. however, the links don't seem to be going anywhere when you click on anything dealing with help or feedback. I wanted to leave really good feedback to them directly. the only other thing you have to watch out for is that it does not sync to your watch automatically unless you close and reopen the app. you just have to make sure to manually sync it if you want the latest info.

Usually fails to auto-sync, but it can display goals and reminders that I didn't ask for and can't turn off. Seems to have less features than older versions, now locked behind a sign up when it could easily be stored on my device, and they want to push "AI" that I'm tired of seeing everywhere.

Really enjoyed the app until this past update. The AI sleep analysis they decided to place on the dashboard is definitely in the way. Not sure why there is no toggle to turn this feature off. Seeing it when you want more detailed sleep information is great, but please give the user a place to turn this off. It's really quite aggravating that in order to minimize this AI feature you have to close the app and reopen. Syncing the app to the watch is also significantly slower.
