SCB Mobile Banking Application is developed as the result of the co-operation between Sai Gon JS Commercial Bank (SCB) and Vietnam Payment Solution JS Company (VNPAY).
SCB Mobile Banking is the modern banking service allowing customers to conduct banking transactions via mobile phone, tablet PC with Internet access (GPRS/Wifi/3G). With Mobile Banking application, customers can conduct banking activities easily, conveniently, anytime and anywhere, promptly and economically.
SCB Mobile Banking Application is simple and easy to use. After installing the application, Customers can use application via menu bar. SCB Mobile Banking Application is supported on various smartphones using platforms such as: Android, iOS, Windows Phone.
SCB Mobile Banking Application includes the following fuctions:
- Balance inquiry, account transaction history
- Exchange rate, interest rate, gold price inquiry
- ATM, branches lookup
- Internal fund transfer
- Domestic fund transfer
- Open/close savings account
- Credit card payment
- Phone Topup
- Bill payment
- Insurance purchase

- Airline tickets booking
- Other facilities such as: Securities information, Online news reading, etc.

Ratings and reviews

Terrible. I have tried to log into my account but it keeps saying "Your SCB eBanking account IS LOGGED IN ON ANOTHER DEVICE. To continue logging in, please contact the nearest SCB or Hotline [phone] for support." even though my account is NOT logged in on the another device.

Disabled fingerprint verification before and even AFTER Samsung has already issued an OTA fix on 25/10/2019. It's very slow process to update the app functionality. Until now it is 29-11-2019 and still disabled. Ridiculous and it really frustrates me as a loyal bank customer for many years.

Be careful when putting money in this bank. Started from last week cannot transfer money out or make payment from the app.
