why is it so hard to log into the app. I dont even understand what the logger domain is even for or how to find my domain. like make this make sense. FIX THIS !! I'm not the only one the reviews speak for themselves.

It's now 6/21/25 And the last complaint which was in Jan, Are ALL saying the Same One?? What's up with Domain and User info that we need to log in?? Yet, our online accts work just fine? It would be a lot easier to just tap on an APP?!!! Come on Developers!! DEVELOP!!

I was told to download this app to message an inmate in my county jail upon doing so I was unable to locate my friend didn't even have the option to do so basically unless my friend knew my email address to send me an invite, very inconvenient.
