About this app

Built according to the interest of the citizen, the SNS 24 App gathers the citizen's health information in an application residing on their smartphone or tablet.

Through this application, citizens can access a wide range of health information, including their Vaccine Bulletin, their Recipes, Allergies or their Exam requisitions. In addition, services are made available that allow the recording of specific health measurements (Blood Blood Pressure, Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index), the carrying out of Teleconsultations or the possibility of requesting the renewal of Usual Medication.

Ratings and reviews

After last update on 2025/07/30 app is not working. Although I entered the healthcare number for the login process there is no data on the app and a message "An error occured while fetchimg data" is displayed. The app the previously was working fine is now completly useless and the worst of all is that I have some prescriptions that I accessed through the app and now hopefully I will access from the site which is much less convenient

UPDATE: The app is now working as intended as of 31/07, and so far, everything seems functional. The idea of getting events from public hospitals (appointments, exams, etc) is nice. ORIGINAL: This refresh update broke the entire functionality of the app, which was operational beforehand. After being able to login, there is a lot of error saying that "This services is temporarily unavailable". It's unfortunate especially for those that need prescriptions through the app.

It gives our old address and Centro do saúde, even though the Centro do saúde and segurança social all have us down at the address that we moved to a year ago and we are registered at the new Centro do saúde. This means it is impossible to make appointments on line. We have tried clearing the cache, clearing all data, uninstalling and reinstalling, but still the old address comes up in our profiles.
