Ratings and reviews

Played a couple hrs. The art style's cute, but it seems like it barely has a story and little to do beyond watching auto-battles. It's Monster Never Cry, but somehow even less interactive. +5 Months. The art style and character collection really drew me in, but it's almost completely devoid of story & near-exclusively just watching auto-battles, which is only made bearable by the ult animations. Plus, the event rotation is PAINFULLY repetitive. AFK Journey is everything Souls could've been.

Honestly, that might be the best mobile game I've ever played. To those who say it's only idle-turn-based-just-watch-what-happens - you're completely missing the point of this game. It's about strategizing, exploring, trial and error, and chasing that one pesky item you've been longing for over a month. For me it's got everything it takes to make me come back every day. Big kudos!

One of the emptiest Gachas. No ads. Pay2win options plentiful. I've played since December 2023. I haven't missed a single day and I've spent well over 100$ on this. you'll never catch up to even the most frugal of whales. I'm in the top 25 of my server but I'll never hold a candle against the top 15 because their stuff is maxed out, meaning multitudes more powerful. every event, the top prizes require you to drop at least 350$, but thousands of dollars to compete. no story for the game, either.
