I'm on an Android and after my phone update and Sagely publishing they fixed the glitches I am still unable to view messages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no success. I have created a new email and login thinking my old credentials were corrupted. No luck. I have powered my phone off completely after deleting and uninstalling the app, powering back up, reinstalled the app and still can't access messages. All messages go to a black screen and will not open! Help!

absolutely awful .Sagely had an update 5/12/25 I think and my Samsung android had an update. CANNOT GET INTO MESSAGES. UNINSTALL AND RE INSTALLED TO NO AVAIL. Gretchen works in same community as I live in with same problems. Several people are unable to get there messages. . Help
