App is pretty unstable when performing operations that require you to complete a transaction using Santander's Dynamic NIP. Most attempts fail, with the wait cursor just spinning forever. Crash! Then, you have to wait several minutes to log back in. I have spent hours trying to pay for utility services with this but have yet to succeed. It's too bad, because for most reviewers it seems to work. But I'm ditching Santander for another bank because of this.

Feel like an outlier, but personally I've had a solid experience with SuperMóvil, and with Santander as a whole. A bit cluttered, with clearly a few things under active reskinning, but, LikeU Debit account opening process aside, everything works like it should.

I am happy you protect our accounts. But it's ridiculous you keep disabled my account app when I give you my biometrics, codes and all information. I have to giving you all information again, like my pin code. I don't trust this app. Register, again? You have all my info! And biometrics! Why you need my pin code to register a client? Again? What do you want? This struggle is going for years, when I'm traveling I'm afraid you change the rules, again...
