A buyer? Confirm the sale within 2 days otherwise it will be automatically canceled as well as its payment. Drop off the package at the nearest collection point within 7 days of purchase. If you do not send your package within this deadline, the sale is automatically canceled and the buyer is refunded.
- Cash or voucher? Choose your method of remuneration.
Have the price of the item sold credited to your personal kitty or prefer the Kiabi voucher option which gives you an additional 20% on top of the price of the item (valid in store and on kiabi.com).
An example ? Sell a pair of Levi’s jeans for €10: choose to receive €12 in your Kiabi PURCHASE VOUCHER kitty. (Price of the item €10 + 20% = €12 in Kiabi voucher) or €10 in your CASH kitty.
