Just closed on my first section 8 house. the course was easy to follow and very informative. every time I had a question, I would text Tom and he would always get back to me. he is very helpful and has a lot of knowledge. this is just the beginning for me but I cant complain. even the section 8 pro app has helped a lot. definitely some things I would change or add to make it better but I'm still new at this. it definitely has helped.

This is a scam. He tells you one thing and as soon as he is paid he changes. He is a thief and a con. RUN
