Give it time. I heard "yeah right" a lot in my days, so I heard that some in my head as I listened to these programs. But I'll tell you, as someone who struggles with the shadow this had been a light for me. He's right, listen to it about 15 a day or listen to some of the whole sessions while working or driving or at night getting ready to sleep. It's the real deal. And I love love love that the messages are not just about oneself but about being in tune with others as well in a healthy way.

If I could only have one paid app, this would be IT! It feels kind of awkward/silly when you first start. I wasn't convinced it would make any difference for me. But I was so wrong &:am really glad I stuck with it. I haven't even been doing it that long, & I've already noticed significant improvement in my mood, self-esteem, ability to deal with stress, & my courage to face challenges. They have free optional twice-weekly group Zoom meetings to reinforce your learning. I couldn't be happier!

A really good app. I was scared at first because of the bad reviews, but most of the horrendous bugs I'd read about had been fixed. The app audio does still continue playing if you take a call, though. Also, you CAN cancel your subscription🥰 In the app, click on "home," then tap on the blue person-in-a-circle icon in the upper left corner. This pulls up the screen where the "Unsubscribe" button dwells. I used to listen to the app at night when stretching before bed. Worth a try!
