Shadow will be the solution. Even if gaming is your thing, as long as you go for the ultimate package, the performance is great including graphics, despite the continuous maintenance etc, but that's not always a bad thing. Works for me, especially because I don't always want to buy a new PC or laptop, they upgrade the infrastructure for me. Save money and save hassle.

Works for 30 minutes to an hour, then it will lag to the point where you have to wait 2 minutes for the mouse to show any movement. Paying £40 a month, for something I can use for, maybe, 10 hours in that month. Tried low bandwidth mode, changing router to 5ghz, shutting everything possible down and restarting my Shadow. Makes no difference, once it's started hanging, I have to wait a day or 2 to try and get it working again.

Overall shadow has been amazing, the PC app works perfectly, there is the occasional lag spike if I'm using WiFi but with a wired connection I can barely tell I don't have the computer in front of me, however on the occasion I do use it on mobile I do have a few more issues, 80% of the time it will be fine but I have had issues starting shadow and some latency issues, overall though I would definitely recommend shadow!
