Shared Traceability is a simple to use and flixible traceability solution for the food processing and manufacturing.

Shared Traceability uses mobile and blockchain technologies to make tracking of the lot traceability and serialized inventory traceability an easy task, that can be performed on the shop floor or in the field in real time. The solution requires absolutely no setup - you can start using it on day one out of the box.

Use a smartphone to scan QR code on the lot, batch or serialized inventory item to record item movement through the process, and record additional observations / data as needed. Shared Traceability allows you to collect any data on the process without defining what do you need to collect upfront.

All information collected on the mobile devices is sent to a centralized cloud location and is available for review by authorized personnel in real time.

You can review each lot traceability history and collected data by scanning QR code on the lot and via the web dashboard. The history has all information that you need to react to the potential problems - from whom the lot was received, what steps it went through and when, where it was distributed, lot numbers of ingredients if this is an assembly, parent item from which it was produced if applicable, etc.

Blockchain technology allows for the safe sharing of the traceability information among the members of a supply chain network, accross corporate boundaries. You can use Shared Traceability just within your company, or invite your supplier / vendors to track lots all the way, from the origin to the consumer hands.
