I want to give this app a very poor rating because of the latest update—it is absolutely terrible. Before the update, you could easily verify your check-ins and check-outs, track your monthly hours, and access several useful features. Now, all of that is gone, replaced by a basic bar chart showing only how much I've worked. Whoever came up with this update deserves a promotion... straight to the unemployment line.

Another example of "labour saving" technology not saving labour, time or money, yet I'm given little choice weather to use it or not. I'll copy my rotas from an office desk top because using the app doesn't seem to be an option and the browser version is super laggy and barely works but only on chrome. no I will not be emailing payday support, as my review response suggested because I have already wasted all the time I'm going to waste on this app. app deleted.

Overall, a very good app. But in its updated form, the app does not provide information on how many working days there are. in the month. How many breaks are there in each shift. Has the shift started? Has the shift ended? As it was before this update. To respond if there is a problem with the Internet or the app. Thanks!
