I've had legitimate purchases be rejected, and when I try to dispute, I go round and round in circles with the bot without ever being able to connect with a real person. Connecting with a person is not even an option. Will not be using this app ever again. I recommend using the cash rewards app rather than this one. Have not had any issues like this with that app

Turned to garbage - go elsewhere (Aus review) The app used to be great. Everything would be tracked and available. But slowly I noticed certain vendors declining my credits. So I started taking photos and recording videos of my purchases. Still I got declines.... And despite sending proof to shopback, I was told I didn't use the right method or I did something wrong. Yep sure, been on the app for 5+ years and all of a sudden I'm not doing the right thing? Please, don't insult my intelligence.

I've been using the ShopBack app for a while now and love how easy it is to earn cashback on my purchases! The interface is user-friendly, and it's helped me save money on so many things. However, I'm having trouble using TikTok and Foodpanda through ShopBack. Every time I try, I get a message saying, 'To continue, you need to install the app first,' even though both apps are already installed and updated on my phone. Could you please help me figure out.
