Just okay because 2 items shipped quickly which is good including accommodating some adjustments etc, but re my last item... your CS gave me dates that were not reliable, I have to call for follow up twice. Hopefully this won't happen ever again, thank you!
M2U online payment still not working. Wasted my voucher code twice already. 1st time it didnt bring up m2u online payment windows. 2nd time, which is few months after, m2u screen appeared but it wont let me select my account. I quickly switched to PC but it said voucher expired. Really disappointed with the mobile app. Wasted my free discount voucher. So decided to cancel order.
Instead of improving its getting worse.. I use to be a very happy customer but now I don't know why every other app that I use is completely fine with internet connection but Lazada is the only one that is completely off.. I can't even search for any items except the things on my wishlist and its really annoying me.. this is the 2nd time where I have installed and uninstalled the app to see if there's any difference but nothing. Other apps work perfectly fine except this..so terrible
Why my order were declined? Wheres my money go? After done my payment, the app told me that it unable to go back to main page. Then, I received an email from Lazada; asked me to try place a new order because my last action failed. Then, another email from iPay88 said that my payment is successful. When I reopen the Lazada app, there is no recent order.
There's a significant lag in the app especially when: 1. Clicking on "My Order". It takes an awful long time to display the page and many times system will just prompt either to close the app or to wait. 2. Clicking on the favourite icon. Same like no. 1 above. 3. Clicking on the "Remove" button in shopping cart when you want to remove an item. Please improve the app and perhaps I'd give it a higher rating.
Frustrating to use. Placed order but when want to pay via online bangking it hangs. Then get email saying can COD but when click on link... got "order invalid" error. Then place order again and tried to pay by credit card and hang again. Then get email and order invalid error again. Then clicked 'contact' button but got error message. Even 'contact' link in email don't work properly. Then click on order status and got order status not found.
