Ratings and reviews

Great for shopping, but what an absolute nightmare UX. Infinite pop-ups, ads you have to wait to skip, extremely convoluted "reward" schemes, and constant badgering to leave reviews, but then making it incredibly difficult to actually leave those reviews. Search is really hit-and-miss, too. Just like any of the other online marketplaces, product/shop quality varies greatly. I guess it's still worth putting up with since I keep using it, but ugh. Such a headache every time.

If you ever have phone issues, don't even bother with this app. Leaving delivery instructions is impossible, and you can't edit. The delivery drivers won't send you an app update when it's there, and will just take a picture of the door and leave. I've seen other drivers from other companies wait for their customers while the one from Lazada doesn't even go to the package area. And customer support is completely useless, not to mention how spammy the app is, even when it's already downloaded.

Try Lazada if you want to experience the most useless and incompetent customer service and app ever. They sell fake illegal products, if you contact them customer service will waste an hour of your time and promise you will receive an email with help. No one will ever email you, they are liars and scammers, they just waste your time until you give up. I have contacted customer service so many times, wasted more hours than you can imagine and they never help, they just lie and take your money.
