This app is a complete rip-off! The shipping costs are absolutely outrageous. I've paid more to ship a tiny item than the item itself was worth. And don't even get me started on the quality of the products. Everything I've ordered has been cheap, poorly made junk. The descriptions are misleading, and the pictures don't match the actual items. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times, but they're completely unresponsive. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!

New version now splits the screen in ZFold, causing the products browsing page to be squeezed into a narrow space left of screen, makes it hard to view tiny product briefs. The right half of screen is wasted on a large Lazada logo/blank page. When item is selected, it shows up in right size, in Narrow space, again making product details much smaller, harder to read! These irritations make people Not want to shop in app. Kindly revert to or provide a clear option to revert to FULL SCREEN VIEW!

Been experiencing not able to claim my reward after purchasing through the Merge Boss channel, in the recent event (200 energy+ 200 coins for completion of the whole event). This is not the first time that has happened. Can be quite frustrating n feels kind of cheated. Hope Lazada can fix this problem, or else there is no point playing anymore. Thanks.
