App isn't finding my probe. This is garbage. And no way to find customer support . Edit: changing from 1 to 2 stars. I plugged the box in and removed the probe while the box was plugged in. All of a sudden my probe was found on the app. Idk if it was luck or a fix but hope someone finds this useful. If it's still there tomorrow when I go to cook this turkey and works well I will raise my rating

The Bluetooth range is maybe 20 feet. It never shows the temperature in the oven. But it appears to be fairly accurate. With food temperature. The instructions on how to connect the probe to the app are anything but easy to understand.

App will not open. Installed multiple times from Google Play and it just will not open. Please help. ----------- Update Sept 23, 2024 After contacting the developer, he was fast to respond and help get the issues fixed. The app now opens every time on my Google Pixel 6 and now I can use my new temperature probes I ordered from Amazon. Excellent customer service!
