Ratings and reviews

Slow processing speed, other apps like Syfe which took only a few days to get funds to be transferred into the account and even better they show that the funds are being processing-processed-transffered. This app is just too outdated and slow...funds transfer looks easy, but hold and behold, the amount just takes forever to get into the account. Yes the p.a % is good but for the trouble it takes, I rather not...I would just go to other apps out there..

Replying to Singlife - "Not showing on Your Portfolio. Do you mean I have to do a SG Findex before I can view it? Don't make sense. Shouldn't Singlife have your own data?". Policies such as CareShield Standard /Plus not displayed in mobile app. One should just stick with the website for completeness. Mobile app seems to be all about marketing with links to being you to make products purchase.

Stupid app. Cannot even find overdue payment info. Wasted more than an hour trying to figure out yet still cannot find.
