Its a good app. Not ugly, has all the features you need to handle your accounts. However, the displays frequently fail to load for me without refreshing the window a few times. For example, the Transfer history is nearly always filled with grey placeholder boxes instead of my history.

Bill Pay needs work. Too many clicks to get to the screen where you can pay a bill, you always have to select a date rather than defaulting to first available, and the confirmation number is not displayed so i need to log into the web portal if i want to note that in an invoice. Other than that, the app works fine for checking balances, depositing checks, and transferring money between accounts.

I am unable to use the mobile deposit feature. When taking a photo of the front of check, I was unable to get the camera to focus. I tried several different backgrounds and lightings. I tried submitting with a blurry image, but the submission was rejected. Was able to take a clear image of back of check. My employer's check has faded grey lines as a background that may interfering with the focus of the camera.
