The sign-up screen is completely blank. Attempting to back out of it results in a confirmation pop-up with blank "Yes" and "No" options. Given that I can't use the app without signing up, this is a bit of a problem. And combined with the fact that the desktop website's sign-up also doesn't work, it becomes an even bigger problem. I know programming isn't easy, but a functional UI isn't a high expectation.

Made an account on the website and was directed to this app. Made a typo while putting in the password 3 times and the whole account is locked. Go to reset the password and it decides to fully disable the account. The email says to reset the password to unlock it, but that just brings up a pop up that says the account is disabled. Round and round it goes. Whoever designed this apparently forgot that disabling an account means you can't reset the password. Absolutely awful.

I got this to try and do the e-check in since I kept getting server errors on the website. First it took hours to download and open. Then I get signed in and I still can't do the e-check in. I'm still getting the server errors! So now I'll have to do all that paperwork at the dental office that they didn't want to do because the system is malfunctioning.
