Sollte App gives you the possibility of accessing as:
As Administrator you will be able
- My WODs: This option allows you to create workouts for your users.
- My Athletes: This option allows you to create the users of your gym.
- My Notifications: You can send notifications within the application to your users.
- My Promotions: This option allows you to notify your users within the application through images.
- My Alliances: This option allows you to create the alliances you have with your gym for your athletes.

Now, as an Athlete, this App is here to provide you with all the information related to our Box, such as:

- WOD of the day and week: Learn about the training plan the Coaches create for you and schedule your week.
- Your Profile: Edit your profile with your information.
- RM: You will be able to see your RMs, enter or edit your RMs for the movements we have, so you can remember and calculate the percentages according to the programmed loads.
- Alliances: Get to know the establishments allied to Sollte.
- Notifications: You can see any important news within our app.
