I had a very good buying experience with Spinny with timely updates. Rather than saying good it was excellent. But the actual concern is the after sales support when there is an issue with the car. The resolution process is very slow which gives u a feel that you just have car but still need to depend on cab. We can buy from here, if we are clear that we don't need the spinny warranty program in case of any issues and ready to take it on our own expense.

Worst experience, bought a car from them and it needed repair so sent back to their hub the next day, but it's been gone from a week and still no update is being provided from them and there's no contact shared for the status, the customer care don't know anything about current status and doesn't share any contact information for any of the spinny hub. Fraud app stay away

The most fraudulent app in buying or selling cars. I bought a car from them Dec 2023 (Spinny assured). Till date, the car has been sent to garage more than 10 times (2 times, the car had to be towed). Asked them for help, and they are not interested in customer relationship at all. Now when I tried to sell the car to them (they gave me a very low price), initially they have given a price, and the next day the price automatically get reduced by 40k, and they can't provide a proper justification.
