Things I don't like about Clapingo and what they need to work on: 1. Recording availability: Only 3 months of recording availability is not enough. Please provide the option to download the video, so we can have it on our device. 2. Session bookmarking or Note: There are so many sessions, and not every session is important. There should be an option to bookmark and/or write notes so the learner can mark the recorded session for future review in terms of improvement. 3. Improve Customer Support:

I paid ₹100 for the session but neither the session happened nor did I get my money back. There was no option to reschedule or change the slot. I tried contacting them through the in-app chat and also sent an email, but they didn't replied. Very poor customer support. Totally disappointed with this app. Please don’t waste your money and time here, it's not worth it.

Clapingo is misleading learners through fake commitments and unstructured courses. Moreover, customer support staff is absolutely unprofessional. You will get hundred of calls for admission but after making full payment, you will have to struggle to contact them or get your refund. Infact, they don't comply consumer affair directives and keep on cheating genuine learners. I won't recommend professionals to join such unprofessional insitute. Please widely circulate this message.
