Up until 2 days ago, this was a 5 star game.. Then it suddenly stopped loading at 50%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled - no change. I sent an email to the support email. The response was to go to a link in order to troubleshoot. I went to the website, which was simply an FAQ page, but no way to contact anyone when all their "troubleshooting" had been done, with no result. Can someone please look into this and/or fix it?? I love this game!!

stuck at 50% load for a couple months. I been waiting for a fix for a long time. I may just cancel Netflix because I'm so annoyed about it. I've tried wiping the data/ cache, force stop, uninstall and then restarting my phone. The little app picture says new update but I still cannot get in very disappointing. Boo is what I have to say. I'm very sad it doesn't work. it doesn't load at all so I can select setting.

it just stopped opening. I've been playing this game for a while now. I haven't been able to open the app for weeks. it just stops loading at 50%. I updated the app. nothing same problem. stuck on 50%. can't connect with support because the app just won't open. it was a fun game while I was able to play it. EDIT. I am unable to contact support through the settings because I can't get past the loading screen Edit number 2: I still can't play nor can I contact support.
