Netfix is amazing. This app is not. Something with the screen responsive rate is seriously jacked up. I was super excited to see Netflix implement the whole 10-seconds-back/forward like amazon prime. Netflix has WAY better shows. But I have a virtually new tablet and it only reacts to my finger hitting the screen about 65% of the time. Even if I am lucky enough to get the controls to pop up, the "back 10 seconds" button seems to only go back about five. Honestly, if i had a reliable way to just pause and play netflix, this app would be gold.

All the shows are great, lovely selection of movies and shows. However there's a show called lego ninjago amd its my most favored show on netflix. I finished all the published seasons but when i did 2 more seasons came out. I thought i could just wait for it to appear on here. But its been an entire year since i finished the show. So i ask of you, please update this app so that the 2 new seasons appear. Thats all i ask for. If you read this then please consider updating ninjagos' season list.

I stopped being able to stream on my phone after this last update on my Google Pixel. Weird thing is I can use my phone to cast Netflix to my tv but I can no longer just watch Netflix directly from my phone. Whole family is having the issue except for my dad's iPad. Also, this only occurs over WiFi, streams fine on data, yet no other sites or apps are having issues. Bug fix seems in order.
it is a good app but their is hardly any good anime I mean what happened to the classics like Naruto. in Naruto their is only 3 seasons. The show is so addicting. Have you ever seen a show that you are addicted to and then the end of the episode of that season .An example is Naruto does he ever becomes the leader. All the people that watch a tv series will agree with me. my point is that why does Netflix does not give us the end of series

***HELP*** PUT THE MOVIES LANGUAGE IN ITS TITLE!!! Nothing is more frustrating then looking through movies finally find something you're in the mood for, getting comfy, and turn the movie on JUST FOR IT TO BE IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE!! This just happen to me 2 times in a row.. got p****d n turned Netflix off. Now because I just played a foreign movie more are suggested :( LET'S GET A LITTLE MORE INNOVATIVE!
The white version is better than this one. But I'll download this one because Now Netflix Is interesting with all the great movies and TV series are great. Good job guys. Now why I can't login on this Remix OS device, work yesterday and today don't get my email and password. Now why don't support Chromecast when I open this app? This get a lot of my friends & family and myself annoying. On top subscription is UP!! 😬

No longer works after the last update. I've tried on LTE and WiFi, tried rebooting, reinstalling, nothing helped. It says it cant reach the netflix servers check network settings and try again (error 15001). That would be great if it didn't immediately close when i acknowledged the message so i cant get to the settings
This app used to get five stars now it only gets 3 simply because when you used to tilt the phone on its side the app would rotate this was useful when it made suggestions for movies and shows. Whenever it said " because you watched" and then some TV show or movie name after that it would get cut off when you rotate the screen you could read the rest of it now you can't rotate the screen.
After the last update, I am being shown that there are new episodes to TV series, no new episodes can be found in the list. I've had to play the last episode I had watched and fast forward to the end. I don't want to have to do that every time I watch a show. Please fix this and I will give a better rating. Please add more TV series, Australian shows and movies and more selection for children's movies.
I have to restart the app each time I wish to use it, otherwise the chromecast icon won't show up, yet it works splendidly in all other applications. The 'keep watching' tab is too far down, it should be on top of the list, not at like 5th place down. Why on earth did the star ratings get removed? Why is there no IMDb rating system or similar instead of the stupid 'Like' system? Why does it take 30 seconds when casting and only 5 seconds when watching on the phone before another episode starts? I never liked the genre system Netflix forces upon me.
Even if they had half the movies they have, the customer service you receive from these people is top-notch, and worth sticking with. I just had an issue with being short not even 50 cents on my card, and they made it so I got a free month instead, So I didn't lose service for the month, and this is currently my only source of tv & movies, so thank you! People keep trying to get me to leave Netflix, but as long as they continue to go out of their way to keep a customer happy, I'm staying right where I am!
Few suggestions.. It would be extremely nice to have a 20-30 second forward tab.. There should be a " already watched" or similar option in the app so that i don't keep seeing the same tv series i have ready watched in the popular or some other category .. Pay attention to these please.
Sure, i love the app, its really good, and has a lot of good shows abd movies on it. But what makes me mad is when they take shows and movies off. Like Black Butler or The Secret Circle. If Netflix is reading this, can you please add them back? And hopefully stop taking away the good shows? You may think no one watches them, but people do. (Also can you please unscramble the Miraculous episodes? None of them are in order, if you could do that it would be great :D)
I enjoy sitting down and watching Netflix. Need to add more variety of movies. Also, I've never had a problem with using subtitles until just now when I started watching the new movie you just added called "Before I Wake". Every other tv show or movie doesn't give me this problem but this one has.
I have no playback issues. The app mostly works well but I wish it would stop opening itself several times a day and playing something. The app is not open and I am not using it, then all the sudden it is playing. I had this trouble on my last phone and had hoped a new phone might be different. Its not. I may just remove the app to save my data usage.
This is good, but I really wish there were more of my favorite tv shows like the big bang theory and young sheldon. Even if its only older seasons. Also, you should do more fun fact video like mysteries of the world one. I love watching content like this on youtube and the mysteries series really felt like one of those youtube vids.
For some reason only the first four seasons of Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee show up on my phone but when I access my Netflix account at the gym all 9 show up. Instead of listing season 1-9 it only shows four titles for the four seasons on my phone. Strange and frustrating. The app is updated on my phone so that's not part of the problem.
Had increasing issues with the app, mainly to do with playing back and downloading of content. Certain episodes will not play while others do. I've downloaded films and find they want play when i have no signal or even at home when streaming over wifi. very disappointing.
Where is the "newly added" on Netflix search option gone? Now we have to go in to a section (e.g. horror) and then search for newly added movies or tv which is annoying. I wish someone would improve the search and my list layout. Like an a-z option or recently added. Also why is the sound quality so bad on everything? Don't understand why. Can't fault the service though it's still so cheap for what we get.
I know Netflix is Netflix and its awesome and all of that and I watch a lot of shows here but I have yet to have it work on this phone. There are too many bugs. So many bugs to the point its unusable. For instance every time I try to switch profiles or accounts or whatever they are called the app just crashes. Fix this.
Video playbacks are ALWAYS lagging, especially the HDRs. My phone is completely capable for playing HDR contents as stated in the Netflix website. My Internet speed is so fast that I can play any 4k HDR video on YouTube as smooth as butter. Fix this mess or I will never subscribe again
I love the app, and overall it's functional and serves its purpose very well. The only thing I do not like is almost every time I open the app it asks via pop-up message if I'd like to receive push notifications. I answer no every time, but the message will still pop-up when I open the app.
So they fixed the bugs which is good. But, they raised the prices and now also removing so many shows that people like to binge watch. What people actually pay for to watch. Hopefully, their able to bring back shows and all the seasons. Some people are new to Netflix and should get a chance to watch the shows they like and be able to watch them from the beginning.
The app had been working fine until a month or two ago when it stopped showing video when I watched something and only has sound now. The odd thing is when I jump ahead in a show I can see the video I am passing but once it starts to play again no video. Not sure when they will fix but until they do the app is worthless
I had heard the hype about this and it was rather disappointing. No new movies and no classics like MacGyver The A-Team The Incredible Hulk Battlestar Galactica Buck Rogers or The love boat etc. So I have got rid of it. Maybe it will be better in the future.
Worst App I've ever subscribed to!! The downloaded it mainly because I was watching Sweet Virginia on gomovies.sc and it was causing a virus on my laptop; disconnecting my cast. I should have searched for the movie before subscribing but felt satisfied and excited nonetheless because after all these years, I finally had Netflix in my home. The next 6 movies I searched, Netflix didn't even have. I won't even continue my subscription.. Canceled, Deleted, Reviewed and forgotten forever!!!!!
I love Netflix, but the App is a total pain. I just want to get back to the series I was watching as easily as possible. Why do I need to wade through a bunch of useless recommendations for programs I have no interest in watching? They've already got me signed up as a subscriber, so why keep spamming me? Very frustrating.
I love the new updates. There have been a few things added that make watching easier and more convenient for skipping intros and jumping ahead a few seconds if I need to. Just the changes I've been waiting for! I've also notices that several of the bug issues I've had in the past have been fixed.
Sooo good. Its just that for some reason it wont let me watch anything after i got my new phone, as in the app still works fine. No adds, its just i think its because i didnt rate it when i said yes?? Im not sure... I would like to watch Netflix please!! Thanks anyways for an absolutely amazing app
I love this app. Just waiting for the new seasons of Heartland to come out. But while waiting I am watching Vampire Diaries and am loving it. Netflix is the absolute best for binge-watching or just daily shows/movies. Now I'm going continue my show
I really, really love Netflix. But the reason I put one star is because a show I was currently watching called Bleach no longer has English dub and I love that show but the audio and the subtitles are only in Japanese and Spanish. Netflix please fix that so I can continue watching my show.
App worked great in the past but now it takes 3 hrs to watch a 45 min show. I've had Netflix for about 6 yrs and am considering cancelling my subscription due to this. Why pay for a service that does not work, right?
Really like net flix. But it's really irritating when you find a movie or series and you start watching and it's in a foreign language with subtitles. Netflix should include this in the info about the movie or series. This has happened to me so many times. Some people don't care for subtitles and I'm one of them.
Aa much as I love and watch netflix. I am currently very frustrated with them. I added alot of movies to my list only to find out I can't play them because they are not in my region. So why can I add the to my listand why don't the have different servers for different regions? So frustrated
I really like watching in netflix, but as soon as I updated the application, I can't play any of the movies anymore. I keep getting an error message saying that something went wrong playing the video. Moreover, its not only in my device, my relatives' as well. Please fix it right away
The app will not boot up. It started doing this after an update, so I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, hoping it would work. I do not know why, but it refuses to recognize any WiFi network, and I have tried several. This is extremely frustrating, as it was my go to app for distracting my toddler in a pinch.
I have created the Netflix account and then trying to login but this stupid app says that email or pwd is wrong... I have reset the pwd but again not able to login. Tried to log in on my iPhone with the same credentials and there I am able to log in. Netflix you need to fix your Android app asap or you are loosing one new customer.
Great app but it's missing a couple of key features for me. First is that there is no option to remove items from the "continue watching" list without having to use a computer and remove from your viewing history (which is a pain). I'd also like to see info on what language a film/program is in before playing it. Nothing worse than playing something to find out it's in a foreign language with subtitles, stopping watching it and then not being able to remove it from the "continue watching" list....... Also a rewind function like the YouTube app would be good - 2 taps on left of screen to rewind 10 seconds, 3 taps for 20 seconds etc. The current option is fixed to 30 seconds.... If these features were included it's a 5* app all the way.
You would get 5 starts if I could stream shows on my phone. As of right now, I can only watch things on my phone if I download them first. The app is updated, I am using wifi with excellent signal strength. Any idea why I can't stream on my phone?

How sad is this that they have to throw this in our face on Christmas eve this is why i gave them 1 star this just goes to show they do not care abput us the ones who keep their business running though instead want to be Mr. Ebenezer scrooge
