As of the new samsung software updates today 21/5/17 - the app doesnt work at all! Trying to log in with my details (definitely correct) and all i get is a constant error message! I'm definitely connected to the internet, it seems to be a problem with the app itself. The netflix help site isnt much use either.

This app used to work, but now it's a POS. It keeps giving an error because my Kyocera Duraforce isn't compatible with come corporate list. Looks like I'll be discontinuing my Netflix account.

The app is a five star but it's casting device make it a one. You guys should look into YouTube how they cast it's much better and easier. There are too many casting buttons on Netflix one goes at the top of your phone and one goes at the bottom and it it doesn't allow you to control the app very well. For everything else this is a five star app again. My hopes of making it a one start app it's because I hope that this will be six and I can make feather review later once it's fixed.

I have used this app for years. I had a hard time longing in tonight. I finally called and got on the phone with a lady names Christine. She was an amazing help! It took about an hour but I was able to log back in, and she even emailed me a list of steps to do incase this happens again! 5 stars! 100%

I think this app is very cool and help me to see my series and films by my cellphone. But i think there is not so manny films like I will like. So please, show some films people will like ok? I love you netflix. (Ps.: your new atualization, were you can do the download of the films and everything helps me so mutch on my travels. So thanks)

App is good . Love Netflix. Just wish I had more controll over the suggested movies n I really wish I could clear the "continue to watch" sections. Obviously it's full a stuff I got bored with n stopped watching for a reason. Also I would love to be able to connect with friends, send my own suggestions to them or arrange dates to watch a movie together even tho they are in a different country .... Just a few ideas of mine

Getting an -121 error message on my Android tablet Doesn't work it says check connectivity and update date & time. I did that. I tried everything. Cant even open just get error. Why isn't it working...please fix or explain how to. Other than this it is good on my TV. Update ...still doesn't work on tablet. Get the same message as months ago...wthell

Great service great price. Absolutely bs that Netflix would in effect ban rooted phones from downloading it's app in playstore. I'm on a Galaxy S4. Without root my phone would be running on security updates from 2015 and still be on 4.4.4. I'm now trying to find a comparable service that isn't so big they can throw away my business because my phone is rooted. I get it you want to be secure. So do i.

Works on my OnePlus Two in SD(as it is passes CTS and is L3, which is lucky as some phones will never pass and they are SOL). Works on my Nexus7 2013 in HD as it should as it is on the whitelist. Dropping uncertified devices is an ILL informed move as Widevine is handled at the hardware level. No amount of software mods will change that.

First you prevent legal US VPNs from accessing US content with no workaround available or in the works, then you shut down root users. Terrible direction your headed. Maybe another hungry competitor will step up and stop trying to control our home networks and our phone. Guess I'll be looking around.

You've made the app incompatible with Android boxes so now I can't update easily. How does that move retain me as a paying customer? It was bad enough that I only could get SD but I still paid... Guess I'll see if you change your minds by the end of this bill period...

I love it! Sometimes they take some show off, but i still love it. I used to watch 'fred the movie' when I was a kid, but they took it away can you guys put it back on? Netflix has great shows. Great rates. AND THEY EVEN HAVE ANIME! Its pretty great 👍

The phone screen keep turning off start of each and every episode for the downloaded videos. No matter what i do, it keeps happening. Never happened before. Had to wake and unlock the phone again to watch the episode. This only happens after the new update. The stupidest idea and very inconvenient for the consumer. I will cancel my subscription if they don't fix this soon

Okay. Otherwise signs out unnecessarily sometimes. Chromecasting has improved gradually over the years but continues to have issues of disconnecting and could be more stable. There is no in app feedback available. Google cast could be more stable. When running on a Chromebook the fullscreen button does not go full screen.

Even worse! At least before the update you could keep your screen of then reconnect it when whatever your watching is over but now it kicks you completely off and doesn't give you the option to cast until you restart the app. And the thumps up/down is still a dumb idea...

Netflix has been working fine on my Samsung tab S2 tablet until today. It's not been rooted and is WiFi only, so why is it no longer loading after being updated. I pay a subscription fee each month and have a legit device. Please fix this as soon as possible, or I will have to cancel my subscription! I've reinstalled the app now and it seems to be working fine at the moment. Arrggghhh!!! Everytime you update the app, it stops working on my legit tablet, (-16 error). Please fix, or refund my subscription fee!

I am very angry and dissatisfied with Netflix. I am paying for my subscription,I have the app installed but it does not allow me to use it because it does not meet Netflix's requirements? Wtf? My legally purchased device, with a regular OEM operating system? Who do you think you are?

Used to be a great app.... I keep getting error messages on my Nextbook 8 from the new update. Had to re-install several times. The new rating system is awful. That helps no one to see what other people that watched it, thought of it. Useless to an inquiry about the movie.

Netflix was working great yesterday. Then it updated today and now I get an error message saying it's incompatible with my device?! Well it was compatible yesterday, so why not now? Developers made a mess of things, have they? The response seems to be "download an older version from our website". Wrong answer, Netflix. How about getting shot of the incompatible version on the Play store and instead offer the version that actually works?

The new thumbs up & thumbs down system is bad. Here is an example : If I stub my toe, it is bad. Which I would rate it a thumb down. Hitler killed millions of people, which was horrific, but I can only vote a thumbs down. Both are equal in the Netflix system. Netflix please bring back the star rating.

Not working on any of my devices anymore. Not my TV, not my laptop, and not my phone. All my other apps work so I know its not my internet or electronics so...?? Whats going on? I'm getting very frustrated and quite honestly am seriously fed up by all this. I have Netflix to relax not be stressed out by it.
