This is a great product with a lot potential, the app works well for AI games, as I can change the automation mode so I can play faster. I think most people buy this to play online though, for some reason there is no option to change automation for online games! Therefore I can't play a 10 minute or less game without losing on time. This is the main thing really letting it down, as this is the standard time for chess games. Can automation be integrated for all online games please??

This is a good solid app which keeps improving over time. However it has one fatal flaw which has happened toe 3 times recently. When playing online sometimes your opponent's clock freezes and you get stuck in a game that you cannot get out of. The only way to exit this loop is to resign the game and then you lose 75 rating points. There needs to be some way that the server cancels the game when a player's clock has frozen, sometimes for days! So annoying.

the app makes the board not worth it. when I finish a game it should have a "new game" button .We need a computer app. the board sometimes takes a long time to receive a move. when I want to play a game and click "challenge friend" even if it is a random person, then choose a time control the time control buttons are really small you should copy the layout of liches. when I analyze a game the eval bar goes off the charts so you can't see the eval and the game analysis is confusing.
