Ratings and reviews

Support is TERRIBLE and the device isn't much better. Nothing really functions as it should. Other than the robot moving, you're better off just using a phone or tablet. It's easier, more functional and less hassle. Nearly impossible to understand the support agents and they don't listen to you at all, just talking over when asking for assistance.

Really great tool to help with my child's learning when I am not around to help. Being a single parent can make it hard to help my child study so having that extra source of learning makes it a little better. And it makes it fun so she actually likes learning. Almost like a Alexa but for kids. Really hope they update the app though. Seems to crash a lot.

Yeah...this is getting returned. I was excited to unbox this for my kid for Christmas and spent most of Xmas morning trying to set this thing up. The app is super buggy and needs major development. There is an error on the app on my Android device almost immediately upon opening the app. The verification codes, when entered correctly, still gives a verification error. Won't be buying this until these issues have been addressed.
