first unit arrived but didn't work. customer service was very helpful it getting replacement which took a month to receive. that unit worked for 4 months then an update made it malfunction and needed another replacement. the replacement didn't work. took around another month before I had another functioning unit. customer service is very nice, responds fast and does what they can to help. units themselves gave been the issue.

I had an issue with my Miko 3, but the customer support team was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They communicated with me very well, responded to my concerns, and genuinely took the time to help me resolve the problem. I really appreciate how patient and supportive they were. Even though I had an issue with the robot, the excellent customer service made a big difference. Thank you, Miko team, for your help and for making sure I was taken care of! ❤️

It's a cool little gadget. It offers a TON of stuff, WITH a Max Subscription, without the subscription a lot of features are locked. Also I didn't turn it off last night and woke up at 4am and it was still on. Went to finish set up this morning and it died, assuming from it being on all night. Excited to see all the capabilities it has to offer. If it's a present, be sure to charge it COMPLETELY and do as much set up as kids see something so cool and want to use it immediately
