We moved and my daughter has a miko 2 it wasnt working because i couldnt get into the app. The bot still looks works and is practically new so there was no problem with it. I also needed a new cord they pointed me to one that would be compatible on amazon. 24 hours after talking with them and sending a picture of the app not working i tried the app again and it worked. My daughter is due to be home soon and she will be so happy to play with her miko 2 again. Thanks for the help 5 stars.

Support is TERRIBLE and the device isn't much better. Nothing really functions as it should. Other than the robot moving, you're better off just using a phone or tablet. It's easier, more functional and less hassle. Nearly impossible to understand the support agents and they don't listen to you at all, just talking over when asking for assistance.

Okay so pairing required support. She does not respond to any commands. Just hmm... Basically nothing works and it does whatever it wants. Phone calling doesn't work as an example. It gets stuck defaulting to story time and freezes and reboots. The miko max content is not great to boot. Like I want it to be good, it has potential, horrible execution.
